Born and raised in Rhode Island, Jo Ann spent four vibrant years in New York, where she met her husband, Chris, a Tennessee native from Cleveland who works at the Y-12 National Security Complex. Since moving to Tennessee in 1995 and settling in Knoxville in 2001, Jo Ann has become deeply invested in the community and committed to providing exceptional service to those looking to buy or sell in East Tennessee.
